Domestic Shipping

Dispatch Time: Please allow 1–3 working days for processing and dispatch of your order.
- Orders placed before 12 PM on business days are usually shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM, or on Sundays/Holidays, are shipped the next business day.
Delivery Time: Typically 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take longer.
Shipping Charges:
- Tamil Nadu :
  - Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
  - Orders below ₹500 will incur a ₹40 shipping charge.
- Neighbouring States (Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh):
  - Free shipping on orders above ₹1000.
  - Orders below ₹1000 will incur a ₹70 shipping charge.
- Rest of India (North India):
  - Free shipping on orders above ₹1500.
  - Orders below ₹1500 will incur a ₹100 shipping charge.
- Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available.
We do not process urgent delivery requests. Bulky products may be shipped via surface transport, which could take 7–10 days.

At FindUrBest, we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure fast delivery.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing, only if the order status is still pending.
Once an order is processed/shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
