Domestic Shipping
We ship all across India using trusted courier partners including Delhivery, India Post, and other major logistics providers.
- Dispatch Time: Please allow 1–3 working days for processing and dispatch of your order.
- Orders placed before 12 PM on business days are usually shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM, or on Sundays/Holidays, are shipped the next business day.
- Delivery Time: Typically 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take longer. - Shipping Charges:
- Local (Madurai City):
- Free shipping on orders above ₹200.
- Orders below ₹200 will incur a ₹30 shipping charge.
- Tamil Nadu (Outside Madurai):
- Free shipping on orders above ₹300.
- Orders below ₹300 will incur a ₹50 shipping charge.
- Neighbouring States (Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh):
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
- Orders below ₹500 will incur a ₹70 shipping charge.
- Rest of India (North India):
- Free shipping on orders above ₹800.
- Orders below ₹800 will incur a ₹90 shipping charge.
- Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available.
- Local (Madurai City):
- Courier Selection: If your location is only serviceable via India Speed Post, please mention it in the order notes at checkout.
- We do not process urgent delivery requests. Bulky products may be shipped via surface transport, which could take 7–10 days.
- Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.

Order Cancellation Policy
At FindUrBest, we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure fast delivery.
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing, only if the order status is still pending.
- Once an order is processed/shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
- To request cancellation, email us at support@findurbest.shop with your Order ID.
Note: Approved cancellations will incur a 10% restocking fee (excluding shipping).
Important Notes
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The item is out of stock.
- Payment is not verified.
- Delivery is not possible to the given address.
Unforeseen Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to:
- Natural calamities
- Logistics strikes
- Incomplete address/incorrect phone number
- Force majeure or government action
