Refund and Returns Policy

At FindUrBest, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds in most cases. Please read the policy carefully:

Unboxing Video Required

  • Always record an opening/unboxing video when receiving your package.
  • Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • All issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Eligible Conditions for Return/Refund

  • Damaged item received due to transit.
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Order confirmed but later cancelled by us (e.g. due to out-of-stock).

In the above cases, we will offer:

  • Full or partial replacement/refund based on the issue.
  • Return shipping will be arranged by us if serviceable.

If not, the customer must courier the item to us using India Post or a reliable courier.

Shipping Back Products

  • Product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • If you return by courier, we will reimburse up to ₹50/kg (preferably through India Post).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought during clearance/mega sales or special discounted sales cannot be returned.
  • Used or damaged products not covered under valid return conditions.

Final Decision

  • All return/refund decisions will be made by the FindUrBest team in accordance with e-commerce guidelines.
  • Policy may vary based on updates from government or internal operations.
