Order Processing & Delivery

Payment Terms
- We currently accept online prepaid payments.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Returns & Refunds
- We offer replacements or store credits for:

- Wrong item received
- Claims must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order and must include an unboxing video as proof.
- Bank refunds are subject to approval and may take 5–7 working days.
- No return or refund for clearance or discounted sale items.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours if not yet processed.
- A 10% restocking fee applies on approved cancellations.
